Aside from Ayurvedic Health Counseling, our holistic approach includes breathwork (Pranayama), Attachment theory  (Inner child work), sound healing and indigenous practices . 

Our clients come from various backgrounds and may be experiencing a wide array of challenges, including stress, anxiety,  depression,  changes, or a desire for personal growth and transformation. We specialize in providing holistic support for individuals who are eager to make positive changes in their lives and will do so through a willingness to open themselves up to new ways of thinking. 

No, we do not accept insurance for our services. However, we offer flexible payment options for bundled services to ensure accessibility for all clients. If you have any questions or concerns regarding payment, please do not hesitate to email us and we'll be happy to discuss available options with you. 

Yes, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice. This policy helps us maintain fairness and consistency for all of our clients. For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, a fee of $100 will be charged, and no exceptions will be made. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide the best possible service to everyone. 

Yes, we are a telehealth practice, meaning we only offer video sessions. 

No, there are no geographical restrictions for accessing our services. Since we offer holistic health care, sessions can be conducted remotely via video conferencing. This approach enables individuals from any location to benefit from our services, regardless of their geographical location.
